Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when you register.

The Service

E-Lauren provides AI-assisted personal styling, wardrobe, colour, and confidence guidance, along with related written materials. The Service offers guidance and suggestions to help you make your own decisions.

Subscriptions and billing

Membership is offered on a subscription basis and billed through our payment provider, Whop, according to the plan you select. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current paid period. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change on a going-forward basis.

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you, including processing by the AI services described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to violate the rights of others.

Our intellectual property

The E-Lauren name, content, written materials, ebooks, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them without our permission.

The Service provides style, wardrobe, and confidence guidance for informational and personal-development purposes only. It is not professional, medical, psychological, or financial advice. We do not guarantee any particular results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Lauren is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your membership and closing your account.
