E-Lauren ("E-Lauren", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website e-lauren.com and the E-Lauren membership (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
- Content you upload: photos of your wardrobe items, selfies you submit for colour analysis, answers to style questionnaires, and journal entries you write inside the Service.
- Usage information: how you interact with the Service, including features used and general device and log information.
- Payment information: your subscription is processed by our payment provider, Whop. We do not collect or store your full card details on our servers.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and personalise the Service, generate your styling and wardrobe recommendations, operate and secure your account, respond to support requests, and improve the Service.
How your content is processed by AI
To generate styling guidance, the photos, text, and questionnaire answers you submit are processed by third-party artificial intelligence services, including Anthropic's Claude API. This processing exists solely to produce your recommendations within the Service. Your submitted content is not used to train third-party AI models.
Service providers we share information with
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service: Supabase (account authentication and secure data storage), Whop (subscription and payment processing), and Anthropic (AI processing of your requests). We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at eleonor@e-lauren.com. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
Your rights

Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the Service to function, and may use basic analytics to understand how the Service is used.
